Crew battle; chosen leagues

Does the system choose the leagues randomly?
We have had 4 Italian leagues recently as a crew.
Would be nice if so, then we can have the added bonus of adding to world domination

No they are not random, since the duels are special leagues, they are being changed manually once in a while.
