However, I prefer playing the game in English and it appears as if that's not possible on the German web version. -

That's why our fellow Mod provided you the link of the German version.
True, your iOS app cannot help you. But your phone browser can be used for you to link on the German OSM.

As far as I know it counts, mate.
Bundesliga doesn't count for World Domination anymore, since it's unfair to managers who can't play the Bundesliga

Yes, when you switch servers, or from web to app, the league will work normally.

OSM (OFM) was a good football game where anyone could take the club they wanted. Now I have to switch to the German version to take my favorite club or any other club from my favorite league, the Bundesliga. I would not use the right word for what you made of OSM, because it is not appropriate for the forum.

I don't care if you know or don't know. You brought OSM in sh*t. Heeeey TOP 5 league, Bundesliga, the greatest talents of world football. OSM is like PES. Players and clubs (in this case in Germany), which are world class, and no one has heard of them.
My suggestion: Just go on like this, you will lose a lot of customers, like you lost when you abolished the Serbian language on OSM and in the forum.PS. OSM has probably money to buy the rights on German Bundesliga. But you will not make it. I know
