Boss coins not received on my smartphone after watching videos

To followup, just went through the cycle again. Started with 1012 coins, watched a video, remained 1012. Exited app, closed app fully, cleared data, restarted, still 1012. No video sadly as I don't have a second phone handy or time to take care of that today.
PS. Like I said my post above is not to be taken personally, I very much appreciate all your updates and effort put in thus far

No it is not back to normal and to be very honest videos never worked like the offers, surveys, etcetera which need hours - days - weeks as they are externally verified. Videos were always a tit for tat exchange, you watch one, you get one coin. It worked like that every time, 100% of the time.
Don't you think we know that? How commercial videos work? It is indeed the simpliest form for an offer but they still remain an offer related to Osm's partners / Sponsors and not GBs responsibility.
All of a sudden that changed on Friday. Coincidentally, and this may have nothing to do with it, also a new version went live for the app as well as the screen/menuitem where you watch the videos. From Friday afternoon onward, all of a sudden the "videos watched to boss coins received ratio" dropped from the 100% it always was to maybe 40-50% since then.
And that's exactly the reason for why I kept this topic opened for 5 days now and for all managers to read it , post their reports and get their feedback too!
Otherwise I could simply throw to you guys the Common Questions reply from the start and lock the topic. Did I do that ? Nope.
I don't understand why convincing this is a bug is needed, when there is a clear change in the before and after scenario for many players. This can only mean two things: an intended change or an unintended change (which is a bug). Taking from your comments thus far I'm fairly certain this change was at the very least not intended. That only leaves the bug possibilty.
My friend I'm sorry to say this but not everybody who happens to report a bug is always and 100% spot on. And that's why I wrote down step by step instructions to be read and followed carefully in order to certify that , if boss coins are or are not added properly.
Anyway, I exited out of the app, then closed the app completely, the went into Android App management and cleared the app data, then restarted the app and it's still happening. Not 100% of the time but it didn't do so before either. One hour-slot I can get some coins, another hour-slot none.
Sorry but this part was not understood clearly tbh. How often do you visit your business club and how many videos were you able to watch during a day? What does one hour - slot mean?
All I can say with certainty is that some videos reward us with just one coin and others with two. But that again is up to the Sponsors decision.I'll try and get a video somehow as well but to be honest the 'they are saying you guys have to prove this is a bug' is not a motivating factor at all.
I'm very sorry if you felt this way but this was nothing new. We always ask for as much infos as possible via a completely filled bug template and of course clear screen shots and/or videos of full screen ( showing the date and time of the bug in question )
Last but not least, I wanted to thank you for your post cause I was wondering what had happened with your case. And if you get a video actually working I would be delighted !

To clarify your questions;
- Every new hour 3 videos are made available in the business club. They always each give one coin each except when the double coin event is active (in my case at least). I visit the business club any hour that I can make time to watch the videos.
- I meant that now, since Friday, the 3 videos available in every one hour suffer from this bug. Where they used to work perfectly and grant a coin after viewing, now it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Like I said it's like a 40-50% success ratio now where it used to be 100%
- So concluding yes, in my case nothing has changed over the past days. I don't feel there has been any change since my first report.
Also I get you need information but I felt the earlier bug report (with which I included screenshots, date+timestamped and everything) already pretty much confirmed that it's not working as it used to, thats why the additional message today that you were likely told to pass on saying pretty much 'we need to confirm this is actually a bug' came across as slightly strange. I felt it was pretty much clear already that it is either a bug or an intended change, where the intended change would make 0 sense (as there is no reason to watch the videos if they don't grant coins).

Personally I do not visit my Bus. Club that often as you do but I have seen videos / ads rewarding with two coins sometimes . And I'm not talking about any special Γ 2 event on the boss coins.
And also it confuses me the fact that if you had a bug on your account you should not be able to talk about 40 or 50% success on your attempts to earn free coins. It should either work 100% or not work at all.But please can we give it a rest for tonight?

Yes that may be it. In the Netherlands its like I described
Just to be sure I'll refer to my initial report 3-4 days ago in which I said: "Sometimes it does work but I will need to tap the Boss coins icon every time after a video so it updates. Other times that doesn't even work.".
Why it only fails some of the time and works okay other times, I'm not sure and I'm not really in the right place to know or find out either. But where it used to work all the time, now it only does in some cases. Hence my initial report of this bug which appears to fall in line with other player experiences.Have a good night, I'll try and keep an eye out on this thread in the coming days!

Here's the video. Didn't really have time to learn how to video edit but my personal details and password (on screen keyboard presses) were visible so I recorded my screen, uploaded it to a laptop and taped it off the screen op the laptop while I hid the parts with the above details in them.
This is the best I can do so I hope it helps.

I must inform you and warn you about the danger of using an older version of Osm.
It means that you probably used an unofficial/ illegal site to get this older version for you.But the Osm official versions are constantly updated, therefore whenever managers are using an old version of the app there's a very big chance of getting bugs, so our advice is always to keep your app up to date.

I have not forgotten about you guys. I simply had no further update on this case. I also face the same problem. One day the commercial videos work just fine and rewards are given and the next they get stuck again.Please do not forget to visit your Business Club via your phone's or PC browser as well. You can still earn a few Boss coins from watching these ads from there. Problem insists on the apps.

The only thing that we could still use would be a clear video showing what exactly happens to your Boss coins before and after the advertisement video is finished.
No need for further posts on this topic, unless it's usefull data via full screen videos.

Looks complicated really. Devers can't be 100% sure about the reason for this situation.
They are inclined to a specific sponsor - ad partner/network, so they are going to disable it and see what happens from now on.So please could you try to visit your Apps starting from today or tomorrow? Enter your Business Clubs , watch your ads/commercial videos and come back here with your feedback.
We need to know if this act has brought things to normal and if Boss Coins are rewarded for watching those videos.Thank you all once again for your patience and I'll be waiting for your news.
