BC reward on end of the season

I remember good before the new version came it was said that eveyone will get 4% of the number of manager points he earned in the season in form of boss coins as reward.
Now on the main account I had 4680 MPs. 4% is 187 boss coins. I got 117.
Everything was enabled in the season.
Where is the problem???
Why is always something going on the expense of the managers??? -
Can somebody answer me?

We are not ignoring you at all. Please understand that around seasons like close to Christmas we are all - Mods and Staff - busy with our real lives too. Personally I cannot recall if Manager Points had anything to do with rewarded Boss Coins for each account. I'm sure there was the converse of any tickets to Boss coins . Anyway, I'm sure someone knows the answer and will get back to you.

Thank you for the answr but it means nothing to me. I think nobody knows the answer or nobody wants to tell the true.

Ok let's say the are variable, but instead 187 BC I got 117. 70 BC lower! You must agree it's a very big difference. If the difference would be 5-10 BC we could speak about some variability. That's just ridiculous.
If the reward are variable why they alwasy must go in ''-''? Why they sometimes can't go in ''+''? Instead 187 BC to give me 257?
OMG always some funny stories in OSM on the relation OSM - customers.

There's no standard 4% of that you will get for that, I'm sorry but that's the way it is.
It took so long to respond 1 because of the christmas time, but also because I was checking things first.
The awnser was clear it's changeable.
