So, where can I find new names of all leagues? -
Just like any other time , you can find the whole Osm League list if you click at Community >> and then League Overview, from your game menu. https://en.onlinesoccermanager.com/LeagueTypes
Plus every new league name that our fellow Forum Mod posted for you earlier is actually a link to each one of these leagues that you asked about.
While you are trying to find and choose a new Club to manage ( like the ex Nostalgian League ) you must know that you should be looking under the Other Leagues button. Click on that and then click on the Special Leagues button of your screen. In there you will find what you're looking for. -

My dearest Carlos after taking a look at your Game profile I realised that you are one of the Top ranked and most experienced managers on OSM.
My friend I don't even recall the name of each and every league on OSM. They are so many , Classic and Special ones, only for managers to have a variety to satisfy their every need.
The names make no difference at all there.
All you have to do is visit your League Overview and have a look at all leagues available and choose the one that you like and prefer the most.
