Closed competition, but still a manager in my competition

Hi all,
I have a closed competition, and after 9 turns suddenly there is another manger in. How is that possible, and how can I remove him since a closed competition is not for him

That's possible if you continued your league, then it's a manager from your previous season and you can't get rid of him unless he resigned or get inactive so you can kick him.
