@IvanAndal Let me clarify something Ivan. With all due respect for the community we are here all the same and should be treated all the same. When I saw the Balkan Liga I was exited that someone is doing something for Balkan community and I have no political, religion or color issues it seems that some players in the league have these kind of issues and you know what Im talking about, since that player is in your crew as crew boss I thought that you would have influence on him and made him remove the signature on his forum profile and his osm profile infos. Politics and racism shouldn't have place in sports and also not in OSM. Im sure that you know that you had a lot of Kosovo players and even in final you have 11 from Kosovo so more than 45% of total players in final and even if you agree with him due to this competition you had to act. Again I respect every player here but if that guy is taking part on this competition then I have no place here. I dont want to play with someone that offends me this guy seems to be born in 2000 and he have no clue about war and hope you are born after 1995 too. I'm doing a big call to osm community that they have to act on these situation with no mercy only on these way we will educate our new generations. I want to remember you @IvanAndal that from Kosovo you have these guys that trust me they are offended

I want the community to act against things that have no place in sports and games so for this reason is that player is part of Balkan League then im out.

However, I have not offended anyone, what I wrote is not a political statement, but the statement of the United Nations Security Council and the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia. That's the first one. Secondly, the picture uploaded by @festimi17 , my cousin was wounded in the spine by them and lived with that bullet for the rest of his life, the doctors were not allowed to remove it. Did you pay attention to @festimi17 and his profile picture? Did you notice that he wrote my last name in Albanian? The whole world writes my last name as it is. To be clear, it would m also disturb if someone writes Hachkovich or Hatschkovitsch, etc. And something else to clarify certain things. I have many relatives, friends who are Albanians from Kosovo. I respect their attitude, they respect my attitude and we have never had a quarrel or intolerance about it. I go to Kosovo more times than all of you together. If you are against political intolerance promoted by politicians in power, then you should also warn @festimi17 , not call me indirectly. I have no problem calling me directly, even that would be much better.

I agree with you completely, but I have no right to act upon anyones moral beleifs. As you said yourself - "Game Basics should act against it". What I can do, and what I have done is state my personal opinon about it, I have written a very long messege to all my crew members and told them how i feel and how i think they should behave. I have no place ordering someone to do something or stop doing something. That is OSM administrators job and that is who I direct you to for these issues (the same is with deliberatelly losong matches and similar staff, take screenshot and report it, if it is plausable the player will get banned and it is the end of the story.)
As you said I'm captain of a crew and a player with the same rights and responsibilities as the rest of you. I'm not a boss to my crewmates, we're equel teamates, my only privilige is to decide who plays which battle. Not to implement moral values.Moreover, people asked me what will I do about it, i answered the same as I said here. It is not on me to act upon these kind of issues. If something bothers anyone there is the 'report' option, and people who's job is to read the reports and act upon them will decide what they should do. And as you can see that is exactly what happened. @ado-hackovic was reported and the text was removed. This goes to you also @Ado-Hackovic, if you find someones profile picture insulting or inapropriate simply send a report and it will be dealt with.
There is no point in arguing among each other, we all know how this will and up. Just as things in Balkan always end up... And because of that guys, dont let yourselves be pulled into childish and missguided behaviour, don't respond in the same measure, just act upon things you dislike by the only right way - trough the administration.
Leave the topic only to sports and enjoy the tournament.Once again, you never know who is the manager whith whom you play this night, nor you need to know, nor you care. You simply play a match and give your best to be better than him (no matter who he is, where he is, what he stands for, what he says etc.)
I always have only one condition for joining my crew and/or community - 'Politics is strictly prohibited topic', I dont care what anyones political opinion is, and I do not want to hear it, I'm here only to play football and be the best I can be. I would like this rule to spread troughout the whole Balkan community and the World itself. -

and he has fought against Ottomans not Serbians hahahahaha, hope your cousin is not 600 years old . Its insult for our community to write those stuffs in your profile, believe whatever you want no one is here to change your mind if Kosovo is Independent country or not, just we're not here for those things. We are here to play, 10 managers from Kosovo are in Final League. Tell me one manager from Kosovo who has offended your community and I won't boycott this tournament. I've played against 5 or 6 managers from Serbia (or ex Yugoslavia), most of them beat but Ive never insult anyone and I will never do. Now its @IvanAndal call, you're getting cut from final league or just like @bearded-conte and @festimi17 Im out too. Don't know for others but I expect more from them to not join your league. -
