I can't get or turn on push notifications for my iPhone 8. Could somebody help me please?

I did like the link told me, but when i reinstall the app the choice for notifications doesn't appear. It just reinstalls the app, i'm also logged in when it is reinstalled.
Nothing changed, what can i do?

The link I gave you does not say: re - install your game app. Did you try to activate any time concerned feature like the Training of players ? Please do that and you will get a pop up message about the notifications. Then click yes to that option. -

It seems to work. In 2 hours my training will be finished and then i know for sure. Thanks for your explanation and help! -
