I will try to check all request 1-2 times per day, updating the SIGNS UP post and then, deleting those sign up already checked to keep the topic clean

- From 10/02 to 13/02 - Prepare leagues and contact managers.
- 14/02 - 1st round starts.

Seems any crew is ready yet to make the sign up! If we don't reach minimum (36 crews) i will lock the topic and cancel this new tournament forever.
