I think the trasnfer chaos event is not working after yesterday server downtime!

Hello. I first noticed that yesterday after that all bugged period there were (at least) 2 or 3 transfer periods that didn't happen where no bots have bought any player from my league!
Also, in the last transfer periods, it doesn't look like the transfer chaos event is on. The buying bots have been looking really normal. I wonder if this is a bug and if you could check the situation, please

I'm pretty sure it should all be working as normal now, considering I've been selling quite a few players in the past couple of hours on my main and subaccounts.
