What should i do to recover my account

An account which called kirve01_3 in osm closed because my friend reset his phone. Account is not connected to the mail. That is why my friend cannot recover the account. He also e-mailed to OSM support but no answer has been received yet. I wonder what can be done?

Hello mate...only your friend can request the recover his account....if he send the enail, he must wait till a staff member looks at it....
