All Stars League

Hello my private league started today and I have 1 less player than every other team.
I believe Cruyff is missing from my lineup, I saw him in lineups when I scouted him from other leagues. Why is this?

When I mean scouted I mean I saw him in another all star league but he isn't in my private league.
