Can't negotiate with other team in my league

Hello ! I am here because last Tuesday I created a league for my friends and I but we are unable to make transfer with the teams led by the computer. When we want to negotiate for a player from the non-human controlled team, the negotiations fail: no response. Basically transfers between the teams controlled by us and the teams controlled by the computer are NOT possible. Please SUPPORT help me.

you are in pre-season that's why the computer team (CPU) won't be responding to your offer. When the first match has been played, the CPU responds at the next transfer cycle.
