NEW WORLD CUP

Ladies and gentlemen,
I have the honor to present to you a new international competition, the "NEW WORLD CUP" (NWC). It will be a new format of competition between nations. Each selector must take 4 players (maximum 2 per crew, the other 2 must either be from different Crews or from the same crew but different from the first). This competition will take place on 8 February.What are the rules to be able to participate?
- Training camps will be prohibited
- HC allowed
- Compensation prohibited
- Timers prohibited
- Friendly matches prohibited (-3 points per match played)
- No cup
- quick sales allowed
- Transfers before first sales prohibited (-3 points per purchase)
- Transfers between managers prohibited (-5 points for the buyer)
- Goalkeeper not at his post (-3 points) but it is allowed to put a midfielder in attack or vice versa as well as a defender in the middle.
- Bad creation of the championship (-5 points for the player), the championship will have to be restarted after 4 days and all managers will have to resign after day 1.
Resignation of a manager, the points of the manager concerned are set to 0 and the replacement must start from 0.
What is the format of the competition?
There will be 3 rounds (qualification, semi-final, final)
Depending on the number of registrants, the format will change.If we have 20 registered nations :
1st round: 2 groups of 10 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated into a league with managers from other nations). The first round will be played in Ireland. The 8 First Nations of each group advance to the semi-final
semi-final: 2 groups of 8 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated into a league with managers from other nations). The 4 first nations of each group qualify for the final.
Final: 1 group of 8 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated in a league with managers from other nations), the first of the final will be the winner of the NWC.
If we have 24 registered nations:
1st round: 2 groups of 12 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated into a league with managers from other nations). The destination will be revealed later. The 8 First Nations of each group advance to the semi-final
semi-final: 2 groups of 8 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated into a league with managers from other nations). The 4 first nations of each group qualify for the final.
Final: 1 group of 8 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated in a league with managers from other nations), the first of the final will be the winner of the NWC.
If we have 28 registered nations:
1st round: 2 groups of 14 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated into a league with managers from other nations). The destination will be revealed later. The first 10 nations from each group advance to the semi-final
semi-final: 2 groups of 10 nations (each nation must send 4 managers who will each be separated in a league with managers from other nations). The 5 first nations of each group qualify for the final.
Final: 1 group of 10 nations (each nation will have to send 4 managers who will each be separated in a league with managers from other nations), the first of the final will be the winner of the NWC.

les débuts de la NWC seront reportés à mars 2021 afin de ne pas interférer avec la Nations Cup organisée par @Apocalipse4 . J'invite tous les entraîneurs des nations à s'inscrire à la Nations Cup, voici le lien :

@otman347891 merci mon ami, pour votre soutien à la Nations Cup, attendons la fin de cette semaine pour obtenir l'autorisation de GB, puis passons à la phase d'enregistrement, l'idée est de pouvoir démarrer la compétition en janvier 2021.
Je voudrais également profiter de cette occasion pour remercier tous les pays qui ont déjà exprimé leur intention de participer à ce tournoi, et j'espère qu'ils participeront également au NWC, car la communauté OSM a besoin d'avoir ces compétitions, toujours dans le calendrier officiel de l'OSM.

Je profite de cette occasion pour vous remercier pour votre soutien à la compétition et pour la collaboration, afin d'éviter que les 2 compétitions ne se heurtent, et ainsi permettre aux équipes nationales de participer aux deux.
En attendant j'ai déjà commencé à partager le lien NWC avec les entraîneurs et les capitaines, pour participer et ainsi contribuer à faire de cette compétition un grand succès, comme nous le souhaitons pour la Nations Cup.

Bonjour tous le monde, du fait que nous ayons déjà 35 nations inscrites, nous allons limiter la compétition à 36 nations afin que cette dernière ne dure pas trop longtemps. Il reste donc une place de libre, il faudra aller vite.
Etant donné le nombre d'inscription plus haut que prévu, le format de la compétition sera adapté au nombre de participants (36).
- 1er tour :
3 groupes de 12 nations dont 8 nations qualifiés par groupes.
- Demi-finale :
2 groupes de 12 nations dont 6 nations qualifiés par groupes.
- Finale :
1 groupe de 12 nations avec un classement final.

La date limite des inscriptions étant fixée au 16 février sera donc surement avancée un peu avant puisque nous limitons les inscriptions qui se sont faites plus vite que prévu. Après que nous connaîtrons les 36 nations, un tirage au sort se fera dans quelques jours pour savoir quelle nation sera dans tel groupe.
La date des remises des line-up sera fixée au 16 février jusqu'au 21 février 23H59 GMT+1. Le début de la compétition commencera lundi 1er mars (1er tour).
De prochaines informations seront transmises dans les jours qui suivent (le tableau des calculs des points, le tirage au sort etc).

Étant donné que les sélections d'Azerbaïdjan et du Kosovo se sont inscrites un peu prêt en même temps, afin de ne pas empêcher l'une de ces 2 nations de ne pas jouer, le nombre maximum de nations participantes sera de 38. Dernière limite, plus aucun moyen d'augmenter. D'ailleurs, il reste une place ensuite les inscriptions seront closes définitivement. Suite à ce changement, le format va légèrement évolué seulement au 1er tour

Bonjour à tous,
Les inscriptions pour la NEW WORLD CUP sont désormais closes. Nous avons atteint 38 nations, encore un grand merci aux nations inscrites.
Je vais faire un rappel du règlement de la compétition ici :
- Les stages d'entraînement seront désactivés
- HC autorisé
- Compensations désactivées
- Chronos desactivés
- Matchs amicaux interdits (-3 points par match joué)
- Pas de coupe
- ventes rapides autorisées
- Transferts avant les premières ventes interdits (-3 points par achat)
- Transferts entre managers interdits (-5 points pour l'acheteur)
- Gardien pas à son poste (-3 points) mais il est permis de mettre un milieu de terrain en attaque ou vice versa ainsi qu'un défenseur au milieu.
- Mauvaise création du championnat (-5 points pour le joueur), le championnat devra être relancé après 4 jours et tous les managers devront démissionner après la 1er journée.
- Démission d'un manager, les points du manager concerné sont mis à 0 et le remplaçant du joueur doit commencer à 0 points.
- Achats de joueurs en formes autorisés
- Achats de légendes interdits

quatre groupes se feront dont trois de 12 et un dernier groupe de deux. Celui de deux fera parti du groupe 3 ce qui fera donc deux groupes de 12 nations et un groupe de 14 nations.

Ce mardi soir, un document où les sélectionneurs pourront y inscrire leurs line-ups sera envoyé.
Vous aurez jusqu’à dimanche 21 février 23H59 GMT+1 pour mettre vos line-ups. En cas de retard la
sélection concernée écopera d’une lourde pénalité de 15 points et en cas de retards de plus de 1
jour après le délai (c’est à dire lundi 23H59 GMT+1), la sélection concernée sera disqualifiée et
pourra être remplacée par une autre nation.

En cas de retard, la sélection concernée écopera d'une lourde pénalité de 15 points et aura jusqu'au lundi 22 février 23:59 pour mettre sa lineup sinon sa nation sera disqualifiée. Bonsoir tous le monde, le tirage au sort pour les PM aura lieu ce soir à 21:00 GMT+1. Ce tirage au sort se fera automatiquement. Une nation ne pourra pas créer 2 fois une ligue afin de rester équitable avec toutes les nations.
