@carfyo looks like 50 skill level is a limit. But i found one of the lowest cost player in the game from Argentina 2nd Division B. Martin Rios, goalkeeper (308k)

@carfyo I think the 50 skill limit is because the ratings are based on the website transfermarkt.com, and 50 is the base rate for players no value on this website, like below:

@carfyo 50 is the lowest. Moukoko is 50. In 442 oons league, however, 47 is the lowest I have seen again Moukoko.
