BCs Reward Hustle Castle

Hello! I have downloaded the game Hustle Castle and purchased a premium service in-app (3,25€) in order to win 1.699 BCs. Yesterday I did the same in a Looney Tunes game and the same on Friday in other game and the reward was instantaneous.
Can someone help me?
