About ban of managers name & crews name

I see the terms for the use of crews names in other topics. Is allowed to use hard word in our Crew/manager name?
I would politely ask, what does the word "Fckn" mean?

I've search it on google, "Fckn" is a subtle acronym for Fck/Fcking.
Or is there any reason that Buda 'Fckn' Pest crew gave that name?
