Good luck, I hope they will help you soon. Lately since the medals system is introduced I am seeing too many people using cheating to climb up in ranking... It is a sad situatio indeed. -
Unfortunately due to technical reasons we can no longer support the cheat reporting functionality in-game but we urge everyone to report cheating through our knowledge base / helpcenter.
