    Hello, I need little help and some explanations about the IOS OSM app.

    One of my OSM friends said he registered his OSM account via the apple ios app without using an email address and now he can not delete it, as he said to me.

    I've never played OSM via any mobile app, only through PC, so I don't really know where is an option such as -DISABLE ACCOUNT-, which I can find in my account when I go to my profile and to the EDIT option,

    He wants to delete his current account and overtake some other account from some manager who's planning on quitting with the OSM.
    So, at the moment he, said to me, just deleted IOS OSM app because he couldn't find an option to quit, and he downloaded it again and registered a new account, but his old account is still visible in the OSM, the old account has not deactivated by deleting OSM app on his IOS phone.

    And another thing is that he said he forgot his password for the old account, so is there an option, Forget password, on the IOS OSM app where he can recover it?
    Because he never registered his account via PC, now he can not find and recover password through PC, win10 OS, for example, and through his IOS OSM App he can tot disable the old account, so what should he do?

    I will appreciate any advice

    Thanks

    @pin-kod

    Hi,

    Please read the OSM terms. Rule 4 clearly states that you can't take over an account of another manager, even if they are quitting OSM. Your friend already has an account, so he can just keep playing with that account.

    Thanks @FC-Eddie_NL

    @pin-kod For the password and account issue, your friend needs to contact support by himself via this link >> https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
