Rules when pricing players

Hi
I need your help as I am kind of beginner in this game, but it's kind of frustrating when my players don't sell.
I try to put under 83 over for max price, 84+ over their value plus 10 mil. Is this good?
Please help me with this.

I recommend that put under 90 players for max price.
And for +90 players : their max price - their value + 5 mil

@thaddeus-deck I always sell young players (18-23yo no matter how much their rating) with max price and it's 90% sold
