Please I need help

Hi, I just downloaded osm and it doesn’t work. When I enter the game a message pops up
“We’re sorry something went wrong here”. Then after I press continue another message pops up “Something went wrong with launching OSM. Please comeback”.

I restarted my mobile, reinstalled the game and it still doesn’t work.

I hope you could help me I wanted to play with my friends and I’m the only one who can’t play. By the way I use an Iphone 11 like my friends so I don’t think that the problem is my mobile. Moreover, my Wifi couldn’t be the problem because it also doesn’t work with mobile data.
