App problem

Hello. Im not sure if Im only one with this problem but it has started before two days when I received the new update. The problem is I can't open the app because it just keeps loading and never opening. The ball in the bottom right just spins, spins, without ending. When I clear data it works, I can open it but right after I close the game, it happens again. Ive tried with 3 different internet providers to connect but its same result, just keeps loading forever. I would also like to hear if someone else has this problem in last two days.

Which App are you talking about? iOS or Android App?
If Android have you tried to clear your App data?

@specialone I got android and yes as I said when I cleared data it worked, but when I closed the app, it happened again and I had to clear data everytime I wanted to open the app. I just got home from work and for now looks fine, hopefully won't happen again. Thank you.

If this happens again, please try to filter it as much as possible since these kind of problems may occur due to:
- Network filterings (switch it from Wifi connection to mobile data)
- Adblockers or any other security software to protect privacy....
