Extracting crewpoint, place at league and points of a team

Hi there,
i currently maintain a table in Excel which has the points of the Top 20 crews from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition i have build my own small Excel-table which shows my crew the current standing in the CCW.Now my question: Is there any possibility to extract data as crewpoints, points and place at a specific leage and team autoamtically (based on Crew ID, Leagu Id and team name) ?
