A crew member who plays OSM since 3 years, was suspended (after this three years!) because of his in game nick, which was not chosen because of the meaning.

Why (??) do you suspend him (and it was no name which harm any ethnic or else) for ever instead of give him the chance to change the nick?

Are you serious? This is absolutely (!!) disproportionate and (with all respect) ridiculous.
You take the fun of the game not only with him, but also his crew member and friends, which invest money in your game.

He has always played fair, always in open leagues, his world domination is 98%, he is a member of the Swiss national team at the World Nation's Cup, he is absolutely respected by all of our 60 teammates, he invests a lot of time for our community, for him the meaning of his nickname has a completely different personal meaning than it apparently has in another language, and above all, he is a great person!
