Playing on multiple accounts

Hello, can i play on multiple accounts if i want ? I WILL NEVER go into the same league with 2+ accounts or so, just unlocked my old 2009 account and soon i hope i ll unlock my 2nd old account like 2012ish... i wished i could play on both and achieve things. I also made a new account 2-3 days ago i think to play with some friends (before i unlocked this 2), i have 4 leagues there, as soon as the league i have with my friends is over i ll never touch it again and play only on this 2 accounts... is it ok by the rules ? I really dont want to choose between them...
