Server shutting down?

For over 2 weeks now I have been having trouble finding new leagues to play in. When I try to look up the list of all active leagues in a certain country I get an error message. When trying to inverstigate the issue I noticed in the simulation status that there are only 700 active leagues on the Johan server, compared to over 3000 leagues in the other servers (see image below). This is on the Dutch version of the game btw.
Is this server being shut down? Is that the reason there are no new leagues made and why I haven't been able to find any? I know from the past that I transfered my account to the Johan server.
Can I transfer to another server to continue playing, or will all accounts automatically be transfered once the last league has ended?As mentioned before, this is on the Dutch version of the game.
Please help. I really want to continue playing this game on my current account.
