My account had suspension?

First of all I would like to make it clear that creating a new account to appeal over a suspended/locked account is not the way to go, so if you did it, delete the new account and appeal via support ticket (or by logging on locked account and filling an appeal).
Now... on the possible situations that we're having here:
Unfair locks on 2022-06-30
We're really sorry for all the troubles. We are not 100% sure about wht happened neither have a final solution for the situation yet, but in the meantime:
If your account shows as locked and your friends say that you're still managing your teams, please fill in a Support ticket in English (https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) explaining that you were affected by the locking accounts situation and include evidences that you're the real account owner.
Example of evidences can/should be a screenshot of last BC purchase. If you never purchased BCs then a screenshot of the activation mail would fit as long as manager name and e-mail are visible.
In case you don't have any of those, you should think on some thing that only the real owner will know/have access to.
If something public that everybody can see by checking your profile, that won't work -
@specialone This is terrible for people playing serious competitions... They will lose all weekend of transfer event.. their teams will be crippled compared to their active opposition
Feel sorry for all who were affected by this if they are not guilty...

UPDATE on 'Locked' accounts issue
I would like to start by apologising once for for all this situation.
We've already identified the problem and working hard to solve it. At this point we can't make other promises than that we're working hard to fix it as fast as possible.
We'll keep you posted and update you all when we've more info!

@specialone almost 2 weeks since this issue and you haven't fixed it yet. When you're gonna unlock accounts that have been blocked for no reason? I have a friend who is still waiting his account to get unlocked?!

From OSM Terms:
- You may not create and/or manage more than one account at OSM. This includes accounts in different leagues.
PM_Spain_BTB seems to me that's not same as Chelsea FC osm
But...
The real issue here are those damaged accounts which show lock info when users log in. Unfortunately there aren't good news yet...
Let's cross fingers and hope for good some news on it -
