I wanted to join the world 2010 and I accidentally pressed Nigeria and there's no board so how do I quit

unfortunately, you can't resign from a tournament. The only way to leave the tournament is if you don't qualify for the second round and when you are knocked out from the second round.

why can't you make transfers in International ManagementTournaments are not viable for transfers for apparent reasons. The players are country-based only and it wouldn't make any sense to be able to transfer players of other nationalities.
In real life, there's no such thing as transfers in international teams, mostly because the players are being SELECTED prior to a tournament and not transferred in.
