Game won't let me buy players from other managers.

Every time i submit a bid a pop-up says: 'you can't buy this players cause too many transfers have taken place between these managers on the same day.' but the problem is that i did not buy a player from other managers yet? I've tried with almost everyone in my competition but with every other manager it's the same pop-up
I play in a private league with 19 other guys.pleeeaaaase help

There's no issue in here!
In order to reduce cheating and minimise the damages caused by cheaters in leagues we limited the number of transfers betweens human managers per round!
It was already limited to one transfer each direction, on same round, between same two managers/teams and we recently limited the transfers between ALL human managers on same round. Like this if a manager join a league with several accounts he won't be able to do transfers with all of them on same round!
