300 Boss coins disappeared after clicking special offer

The incident happen like an hour ago. The only thing I have done was clicking the buy button of special offer although I haven't got enough budget. I just wanted to see how many coins I was short. Then 300 coins suddenly disappeared from my account. Also, my scout was sent without me doing anything. I sent a letter to support but didn't receive any feedbacks yet. Are there someone who can help me with this? I have seen the same bug in another entry in the blog.
