New season not starting

Hi, I finished my season with Chelsea yesterday and made sure to set a new team for the new season: Manchester City. I am sure I confirmed it because I also paid the, I believe it was, 160 boss coins to extent my season. Since the season finished in the evening I expected the new one to start but there is nothing there in my manager slots. The only thing I can do is start a new season and pay more boss coins again. Something definitely went wrong, what can I do?

They have checked it, but they can't find any traces of a renewal of your season, neither the use of Bosscoins to pay for the league. If you did renew your season then it didn't go through to the server (perhaps do to a loss of internet connection).
So unless you could provide us screenshots with the proof that you did renew your season, there is nothing that could be done about this. If you do happen to have screenshots with date and time stamp visible on the screenshot, then please create a new topic.
