Has OSM purposely made it harder to sell players since the club funds packs?

This is my first new season since OSM has introduced the club funds packs you can buy.
This is also the first season ever I have really struggled to sell all of the players I wanted to sell within the 4 day pre season.
It feels like the selling chance has been reduced do that people with but them packs?
