Can't have access to iPhone app of OSM

Hi, been playing OSM from a long long time but then all of a sudden I decided to stop due to a bad update that in my opinion ruined the game.
So I didn't play for a few years until now that I am back because I saw that the game has returned to its typical beauty.
The problem is about the fact that they actually blocked my account, I can only have access from the WebSite with Facebook and with a new account that it incredibly has the same email of the blocked one
.
So I have a new account with the same email but a new different username and new records and stuff.
I cannot play from my iPhone because when I open the game from the app it quickly says that there's a problem with my account and I should contact the support which I did but they didn't give me a useful answer to that.
(They actually said that if my account is blocked there's "nothing" they can do or I can do and in my mind I was like "man I am literally playing with the same email of the account you blocked for no reason!").
(Look at the picture above).I don't even have the chance to log with a new account on the app because it kinda spams the error message and I cannot continue to a next screen or phase!

And last but not less important, I recently bought 2,49⬠(I am Italian) for 200 Boss Coins, from the shop, which I never received! (Look at the picture above).P.S. It says "Apple Store" because initially I had the chance to use the MacBook app of the game with the new account but then I decided to continue on the WebSite because it was way better. I once tried to make an in-game purchase from the WebSite and it worked successfully!
If something like this has happened to any of you or know how to solve the problem, can you please tell me what can I do in order to be able to use the app on my iPhone?
I don't really care about the old account (RIP, press F for respect), I just wanna play the game on the app because it is way easier and more comfortable to play it on the phone rather then always use the hotspot for my PC.

Sadly yes, I have noticed that they are deleting accounts that are inactive for some time.., which is really shamefull. People played many years, built some legacy and earned achievements and they delete it just like that.. one day If someone wants to return, like you, he receives terrible news that the account is gone forever.
But If you spent 1000's of dollars and make yourself into ahll of fame, then your account is safem they dont delete inactive ones from that list
As usual, OSM logic sadly...

@Majstor-Matt Yeah, I know. This is the reason why I don't care anymore about the old profile. I just wanna know if or how can I be able to play on my phone again, with the new actual account that I have.

@Ale8778 Considering that waiting for suppoert can last many days.. all I can do is try and help like this:
Try deleting app completelly off your phone (delete memory and force stop it before deleting), then restart the phone and try installing it once again. Then It should ask you for log in data hopefully.Try it, hope it helps. Just be carefull to know your log in data (username and password). Good luck!
