Need urgent help please

I couldn’t log onto my account on the app after the update and still can’t it’s been 5 days now, I’ve spent the last 10 years on that account and I’m desperate to get back on I’d really ppreciate jf someone could help.
I’ve set this account up as I’ve got no way of asking for help, sent emails off but no response (that’s what you get for the loyalty and money I’ve spent on this game for over 10 years)
Is there any support staff that can change my password as the email I’ve got isn’t even receiving emails to change password -

Are you playing OSM via the iOS app? If so, then there was an issue where loggin in to the app didn't work. This should be fixed with the version that went live two days ago. So if the app isn't at version V4.12.11 then download the latest version through the app store.
