Purchasing BC Failed, so SAD

I am very sad, do not know who to complain to. I have sent google play and osm support emails about failed BC purchases, but they don't respond and let me suffer. I bought BC using personal money, not the result of corruption. but they seem to be mute and blind to the failure of the bc that I bought. an appeal to osm lovers to be careful when buying BC because you can be fooled by it. your money is gone, BC is never given. I bought BC with the aim of being able to play OSM well, but instead I was bullied by their people. greetings of deep sadness for OSM lovers throughout Indonesia!

If you've send an e-mail, then you have most likely received an automatic mail sending you to our customer support. If you haven't done so, you can submit a support request through the below link.

So if you haven't done that, use the above link and fill out the contact sheet. If you did submit a request in English, then you need to be patient until you receive a reply, just like we told you on your previous topic.
