Make active timers change when events are launched

    Hi,

    This morning I was up early and set up training for my players for a lenght of 8 hrs.

    not much later, an event is launched, where training takes only 2 hrs and yields better results.

    All my training timers remain at 6hrs and something, leading to me missing out on important improvements only because I was up early.

    This happened before with training and also with stadium improvement, where I could not profit even once given the long timers.

    Could you please make it so that active timers are reduced to the 2hrs timers that the event is creating? this feels a bit unfair.

    @JBruinink_NL You can use Bosscoin (or wathc videos) to reduce/finish the 8hrs Training earlier. (probably the answer of the officials). Otherwise, sorry.

    @MarkusRW5 Thank, but that would be a shitty answer. The bonus is available for all users, including those who don't spend BC's on training timers, therefore, it should be to be available to all of us.

    @JBruinink_NL On Facebook page OSM Community you have early informations about flash events so that you can be prepared ahead for the events. Usually it is reported there at least 2 days before

    @Majstor-Matt Two days in advance is early enough, but facebook, really?

    edit: If I don't manually finish my training before the end of an event, the predicted boost (for example when oldies are trained faster) will not be there the next day.

    this is disappointing, but apparently a game feature for which I can plan and predict. It also means that the opposite, my suggestion: allowing active timers to change with event, should be a possiblity.

    I for one, would really appreciate such a change.

    You can follow the below topic for the weekend events. Gamebasics is trying to announce them at least a day in advance. Keep in mind that they only announce it a little bit early to try to increase forumactivity. Most users don't even know about an event until it is started.

    As for the current event: Due to technical reasons there is nothing that can be done about decresing the timers for those who where to early with training players.
