Hi there,
If your crew boss has activated her account and is still using that e-mailadress, she can just use the 'forget password' link to receive a random generated password. Then she can log in with that generated password and change leadership of the crew if so desired.
Otherwise she will have to contact our customer support to gain acces to her account. Our support can be reached via the below link. The contact sheet can be filled in through the 'submit a request' link.

There are no other ways to change leadership of a crew.
