I wanted to write to you again for a problem that has been forgotten by many administrators and has not been resolved.My and many managers' accounts have been closed since 30.06.2022 without any reason. Since then, I have written to you many times, explained the situation, asked for help, but no one could give me an adequate answer. It was said that this happened as a result of an error, that the situation was being worked on and that help would be provided. More than 1 year has passed since. But the situation is the same. Nothing was done. Even as I write this, I know very well that you will not do anything and act as if nothing has happened. Your goal is to forget about this event. But these people put effort into your game. Coins spent, time spent and so on. I get it, you can't fix the situation. At least help us get back the coins linked to that account. This is the last time I am writing to you and asking for help.

This is terrible indeed if you did not get any reply all this time and solution to this.. Same thing I have with some cheaters - they keep doing what they want as it looks like cheat report system recently is put on hold.. stuff is being handled very slow. It is sad that the communication and user experience is such low priority for Miniclip..

Hi there,
There was indeed a big issue that caused to disable some accounts. I believe they tried to manually fix some of those accounts, but could not do that for each and every one. I don't think there is much that can be done right now. I don't even know if the data of those accounts still excist today. Due to GDPR laws everything needs to be removed after a certain timeframe.
