I’m currently playing in winners cup. I noticed that others teams have “In Form” players. For example I have Bellingham in my team, he has no in form sign while other teams they have him with the in form sign

Jude Bellingham is currently not one of the "in form" players. That means that you have bought him at a much later time with the standard ratings or boosted, but not as an "in form" player, while they already had him in their team or had bought him while his ratings were increased due to the "in form" status.
