There is a cheater in my league, and osm didn't do anything about this.

In my winners league two managers are cheating. I reported this yesterday morning but its been two days and still nothing happened. I send message to them yesterday about why they do it, but after todays match he just replied with XD. Today I lost winners league final to this cheater. Normally I dont care this much, but including my Italy league, reaching to this final took 2 months and losing to this kind of people irritates me. I am not a forum user but just want to share this here. I will be glad if you help.
Below is my report messages to osm support and I will try sending images of proof:
"In my league two managers are cheating. Managers are "Saleh1100" and "مورينهو_3671" . Suspicious transfer activities and irrelevant starting 11. I send documents of their transfers and starting 11. One is staring with wrong squad so that other one can rest their best players. Also, all player transfer happaned at the same time, between 04:21-04:24(in İstanbul time). I hope you will ban this cheaters. " -
