My former account was banned and I have no reason why.

I was banned without knowing the reason. The reason giving by the game was collusion which didn't occur. The name of the account was Baba wenger 20. I tried to appeal it but the mail couldn't send. Please this needs urgent consideration as my years hard work would be wasted. I love the game and would never cheat. Please help me

@FC-Eddie_NL The gmail said that the service was temporarily unavailable and that it would try again in 48 hours. The time eventually elapsed without the appeal sent.

Have you already tried to appeal again? If that still doesn't work then it is best to go to our customer support via the below link. We don't handle cheatings and locked/suspended account on the forum.

Then click on 'submit a request' and fill in the contact sheet in English. Add as much details and include that it wasn't possible to appeal directly from your account.
