The manager points (medals) I earn are not added to my account. Only the league performance bonus is added. What is the reason for this?

I think there is a misunderstanding. The total of the medals we received from each match we won throughout the league is added to our page at the end of the league. That is, if I have won 500 medals per match, I have earned 15,000 medals at the end of a 30-day league. These medals are not added to my account extra. Is it true?
