When I need some coins, I watch five videos and they give me five coins, but the server hangs and gives me three coins out of five because I watched five videos. I hope to solve this problem and they give me the full coins.

HI,

You shouldn't open several windows playing videos. There're protections in place for that and limitations on number of videos/rewards.
