Suspended/locked accounts and cheatings in general won't be discussed or handled through this forum. When you log in to the banned account you have the option to appeal to the lock. If not, then you can contact our customer support through the below link.

From there you can click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in our contact sheet.
