I cannot log into the game and my account from the phone I am using

Hello, currently, when trying to log into the game from my active iPhone 11 device, I receive an error message stating, "Something went wrong while running OSM. Please try again later," and regardless of the methods I've tried, the game does not open. I've attempted actions such as clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but none have provided a solution. Since my active account is linked to my Apple account on that phone, I am unable to log into my account as well. My Apple account is xxxx Please assist if there is anything that can be done, as this situation forces me to play with a different account on another phone. Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm sorry but due to an issue on iOS it is for some users not possible to log in to their account. This is a known issue, but there is no fix for it. It's advised to play OSM on the webversion.
Please note that having more than 1 account is against the terms of service and could result into all of your accounts getting locked permanentely. Also note that it is not advised to add personal information like an e-mailadress on this public forum.
