        So far they can't find any issues with this.

        Do you guys use an ad-blocker for OSM? If so, you should deactivate it for OSM to be able to watch the video.

          @FC-Eddie_NL Let the devs check the video player (maybe the external video player was updated recently?) in combination with the Christmas theme, at least last year one affected the other.

            Last year when you people put on the snoweffects gimmick, the free boss coins videos didn't start also.
            I've noticed it a year ago, same problem.
            Tried everything: different browsers, no add ons, clean browser, etc.
            I guess that's the issue.

                        We are working with Applixir to solve this issue, their library seems to be crashing which is out of our control. Not much i can do for now, we will keep you updated.

                          Hi all,

                          We're sorry for this taking so long, but it's not on our hands at this moment to solve it.

                          Applixir wasn't responding to our requests/mails, so we removed them and implemented a new video provider. It's fully integrated on our side, but now we've to wait for them to complete the process on their side. We hope to have a reply from them soon, but as I said, doesn't depend on us.
