If you guys still have problems with watching the videos and don't use an ad-bloker or have it turned off for OSM, then you could try the below thing, as written by one of our admins:

It looks some kind of network issue, maybe you should try disable temporarily anti-virus and try again after clearing all internet temporary files (don't forget to clear cookies also).
I'm assuming that you've disabled all ad-blockers already
