Is it possible for two strikers to increase their training by 7 and 8 in four hours.

You can spend some Bosscoins to buy off the timer so that it is inmediately completed. With the extra progress that older players get with the current event, it is possible to increase the rating faster. It is also possible that that manager played a few practice matches and those player got the improvement.
A third possibillity is that thoser players are listed in the Team of the Week. They get a permanent increase in their rating. These are the players that are in form for this week:
