I want to make an offer to a player I previously found in a different league, but I never got to. I wanted to do the offer today, so I went to community and tried to find active leagues. To my surprise, the section was unavailable. I tried to go to the URL for the team, but it went to a 404 screen. Is there any way to fix this issue? (PC Web Version)

Edit: The issue has been diverted. I now know how to access teams in other leagues. The issue is how to send offers to those players.

Hi there,
It's not possible to send offers for players from different leagues. You can only put an offer on a player from your own league. If you want to get players outside your league, you will have to use the transferlist or the scout.

Hello! The league that this player is in is the Swiss League, and my league is Norwegian. Our transfer list is different, and I believe this player had gotten purchased via a scout. If I were to friend them, would it allow us to trade?

You can make an offer on any player that is in one of the other teams in your own league. If not, then you need to use the scout or the transferlist.
Each individual league on OSM is closed off from each other.
Also, you are playing in the Swiss league with Lugano on your first clubslot and not the Norwegian league. So if you have a second account on the international version of OSM, then you violate the OSM terms and you risk losing both accounts.
