Unable to connect my account

I am not able to connect my old account in my new phone. It says it’s already connected with other account?

This is probably due to a social connection that is in place on a different account. Perhaps you had created a new account or let a friend connect their account on your phone. Than that social connection remains. If this still is an issue, then you will need to contact our customer support. You can find them through the below link.
